I worked in an NGO a couple of years through which I had an opportunity of teaching kids of various schools I've alsmost thought kids in various schools for an year. Many children face difficulties with the language. I teach both English and KANNADA And mathematics is my favourite subject Learning maths is fun. And I love to teach maths. Every kid who finds a difficultly in a particular subject needs to thought in the way that they understand. As a teacher one should recognise the way in which the students understand and teach the student in that particular way. I've always loved teaching and especially the languages and maths , I love them :) so learner need to thought it in a very jovial way and when the fun is added to the teaching, learner will love learning and that is the important part that a teacher needs to have within themselves I.e making the student learn something joyfully. It's all about the way of teaching a student which will make him love the subject. I love to teach it In a way that students enjoy And what not ? LEARNING IS FUN :)
