"Alia ma'am is really friendly and extremely helpful if you're lost and don't know which option to go for. My experience has been amazing as it was a very smooth process. I took Japanese (N5) classes and trust me- it was amazing with very good amount of material as well. My tutor was Deepika san and she was 10001/100. No loop holes at all. But opinions will always differ from tutor to tutor and hence it is subjective. "
