"The spoken Hindi class was really useful for me. Within the limited options & time, the trainer Mrs . Rajrani sah had done wonderfully well in giving the spoken Hindi subject. Also she had given simple notes at the end of the day. Daily at the beginning she had reviewed the previous class items and slowly taking us to that day's matter. All together it was a wonderful experience and learning for me. "

"Please never ever opt for this Alearn online classes for German or any other foreign language courses. I believe that the other reviews have been either made by fake accounts or been paid but we had the worst experience so far. Worst co-ordinator and pathetic tutors. The tutors googles and we have recordings of the same, to teach students. This institute coordinator Aliya is very good at making promises and collect money but after you pay the pain actually starts. If you even say you have a concern you should have full proof and this will go as if a legal case in the court and take its own sweet time too. Tutors are so unprofessional that they block the students if any flexibility is requested and they harassed 18 years old young student from the day she joined, and above all they always claim we have proofs even considering date and time of call. really They charged 28k for B1 and tortured the student paying this amount. Woww!! What an institute and no wonder language courses are not being opted with private institutes these kind of people have blocked other genuine institutes who care for students. Please please don't fall into ALearn language course trap and be careful with the co-ordinator Aliya. Not even sure if this is her real name. Now they might also reply that I didn't complete my assignments and that their teachers have a lot of expertise but even i have proof that I have timely completed the assignments and recording of the "experienced tutors" they have. "

Dear Annanya, thanks for sharing your feedback, we are gutted for your experience as it didn’t match your expectation. It was an uncommon instance as per the understanding, Ms Annanya had joined the institute for German language online classes on 24th November 2021. Institute had clearly informed the student and the parent about the course, the charges, and the disclaimer about the program For which we have sent an official confirmation over the email to the student/parent. The course duration was only for 25 hours/sessions, the student didn’t value the time of Mrs Elga the Native trainer,(as requested Native tutor) as per the understanding the student didn’t value the Native tutor and was giving reasons for not attending classes and not completing homework and always an internet problem at her end, for which an email is addressed about Annanya from the Native tutor on December 3rd, 2021, which the email copy image cannot be attached to this review. At this point, the senior manager discussed with parent and they said when no flexibility is given I don’t need such trainers. Where we got very clear info that parent don’t need such a trainer and the trainer was also not interested to take Ananya’s classes as she was irresponsible. ( Any institute will not give whole day flexibility, it’s a flexibility of one hour and one to one session.)

"They are provided very bad service. After taking fees, they do not give proper classes. their teachers make a lot of excuses for the holiday. Sometimes they say that our network is not running, sometimes they say that we are sick, we will take your class tomorrow. This institute has recruited a garbage teacher. Please guys don't waste your money. "

As per your review Sandeep we have noticed that you had not attended the classes properly and assignment wasn't submitted properly. Trainer has gone out of the way and explained everything in detail. Even your fellow student who has attended the class along with you has improved a lot from the same trainer. If you alone have not improved it's not trainers fault or Institute. We gave you the best trainer at your convenient time which was not the regular class timings of the Institute. (6:30-7:30am). After 20 days you can't avail refund of the program as there is no refund policy. Though it's was neither the Institute or the trainers fault we're ready to provide another trainer for your Convenience. Kindly refrain using words like "garbage" for a trainer who has 14 years experience.
