"They don't share the syllabus of programs and expect us to pay fees without program details. I have got a call from them regarding kannada spoken classes and requested for syllabus which they are going to cover. They are not sharing the syllabus and expecting me to pay fees first before I get syllabus details which are worrying me about whether they are genuine in providing training or not. Their focus is on the payment not on sharing details with candidates so that we can better decide with the requested details. I think it's genuine to ask syllabus before registering for programs and paying fees. How to trust programs/training without syllabus and queries answered. It is difficult to pay fees before getting program details. Very unprofessional experience with alia from alearn india. I think asking syllabus of the program for joining is not the wrong ask. How can a candidate pay fees without getting training details? Not recommendable. Doesn't seem genuine people for training as they expect fees before sharing syllabus. "

Thank you for your feedback Amit, we understand your concern, and as per our understanding we had given you a free demo class for the Kannada language, during and after the demo class a lot of queries were addressed. We also see that Ms. Alia was annoyed by your constant messages and calls after office hours when you had constantly asking for discount and content which was discussed over the call itself, we had also given a very good discount for 2 months program, after which you asked for the complete PDF to be shared before taking the admission which was discarded completely and we didn't respond to your calls or messages, for which you have put a review like this, don't judge the book by its cover. Looks like you also seem like a competitor.

"Very effective session we had with Aliya. She was very patient and highly skilled person who can make us understand Hindi easy by giving examples in our mother tongue. All the sessions we had was excellent and every class we will have a quick walk through on previous sessions and Q/A will be followed by and that was very much useful. I am very much happy that learning Hindi is now much possible for persons who is very new to this language. I again thank our tutor Aliya for her effective teaching sessions.
