There are a few things you can do to make the process easier for yourself; try and understand what is making you feel less confident? approaching the clients? Responding to their queries? Carrying on a conversation? Is it lack of communication skill or lack of technical knowledge? Once you know what exactly the barrier is, you will be able to find the area you need to work on to help you be more confident. From the question you have posted, you do know English and can communicate. Is it the spoken part you are not to comfortable with? Did your company provide training for you to explain the job and how they go about their work? Did they introduce the clients to you and vice verse? If not, then that could also be a reason you are not comfortable communicating with the clients.
