Over the past one year, i have delivered various customized skill development and personal development training programs across different Institutions based on the requirements of the trainees and associates. Some of the other highlights in my training career include: • Delivered Softskills and Aptitude training sessions at various Engineering and Management colleges across Karnataka as part of their Campus to Corporate training programs, 2015-2016. • Co-delivered a 3 day training program with over 100 Engineering students from PKIET, Pondicherry for enhancing their performance in interviews and placements covering a wide range of topics including Soft Skills, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Communication, Behavioral Skills, Group Discussion and Public Speaking, April 2015. • Co-Designed and Co-delivered a 1 day introductory program on ‘Talent Retention through Executive Coaching’ at the Bangalore HR Summit to a group of HR Directors, People Managers and CXOs, December 2014. • Co-Designed and Co-trained a 1 day training program on ‘Effective Presentation Skills’ with over 60 students from Dept. of Psychology, Christ University, November, 2014. • Delivered training and facilitated at the orientation program for PG students of Psychology at CMR University, Bangalore, September 2014 • Trained the Teachers at an Abacus Learning centre on Personal Development and Professional Communication, September, 2013
