Imparting knowledge to students is a very serious job as one has to transfer knowledge to the students. But at the same time if you get an obedient and diligent student then it becomes easy. Once the teacher has a good rapport with the students and their parents the working environment becomes amicable. I have taught so many students from class VIIIth to XIIth. Some of them are very bright, some are bright, some are mediocre and a few of them have been below average also. But I have seen that with their hard work and perseverance the mediocre and below average students have outshone the brighter students so many times. So, I can say that it's not all about intelligence but it's more about the hard work and rigorous practice. The teacher has to teach each and every child by getting into his/her level of understanding. Once the student gains confidence and gets rid of hesitation in asking his questions then it becomes very easy to teach. I teach my students to learn with an open mind. If they come up some new ideas and relevant suggestions, I always welcome them. I try to groom up the thinking ability and self confidence of my students such that when they get anything new in their lives( either a maths question or a new situation) they don't get afraid and can handle the situation boldly with confidence. "I personally try to inculcate a sense of responsibility and a habit of learning in my students." I feel my experience and my efforts edify my students to put in their best to achieve their goals.
