What is the angle between the two tangents?

Angle between two tangents having slope m1 and m2 can be calculated as: tanx = (m1-m2)/(1+m1m2).

What are the special cases of ellipse?

If you put a=b then equation of ellipse reduces to x^2+y^2=a^2 and it becomes circle that is the special case of ellipse.

What is the difference between primary and secondary data?

Primary data is taken by survey like poll, questionnaire etc. like if a company wants to know its popularity on a scale of 10, then it asks to rate itself by a randomly selected 10 K people. if you use data from other sources like journals etc. then it is secondary data.

What do you mean by locus of the point?

Locus of a point means that a point moves under some condition and the curve formed is called locus of the point. Say the locus of a point equidistant from two given points will be the perpendicular bisector of point.
