Yoga is Father of gym. Bt practice proper yoga you can get full body and mental health better. By gym you can show your outer body good.

Meditation is a part of yoga. Yoga is for your overall helth. Like mental and physical helth. Health is not good, nothing is good. And Health is good everything is best.

By Performing Yoga your oxigen level increase and hormon level also maintain by practicing regularly, in yoga best part pranayam, poses and meditation which impact directly to your best mental health.

In a simple words i can say that the importance of food in our life , same yoga is important for healthy life. Make it your routine like u take seprate time for your breakfast lunch and dinner, take time for yoga.
