1) Practice reading aloud, with pauses and tone.
2) Practice speaking in front of the mirror. Observe where you need to improve. The body language, the tone of voice or the use of words.
3) To reduce your fear of being judged by others you can take up any one activity during a week that gets you out of your comfort zone.
