Hi Chandan, We don't have people to support us every time, so we have to cultivate a habit to talk with oneself. Just start a conversation with yourself every time in English and be aware of where do you make a mistake.
We have that sense that we can know our mistakes if we are consciously observing ourselves. I passed the same situation as you. But if I check myself today, I can speak English fluently. Keep reading English books and blogs and keep difficult words you come across. Daily if possible, then repeat or just check once. Memory is playing a vital role in any language learning process.
