Zumba is a combination of low impact aerobics and dance. Many People think its an activity to reduce weight only which is not true. Doing Zumba on a regular base is recommend if you have no other physical activity on or even if you have another physical activity on depending on what you have interest in . For a starter you can try out 1 or 2 classes and then decide if you want to continue with this type of activity . Zumba can be done 6 days a week or thrice a week less than this would not help you much in the physical aspect . read less
