Meditation

Meditation is an action which controls your state of mind & physical body.

 Main rules to remember before doing meditation

  1. Roof covered, plain and soft floor with a cusion
  2. Mobile in silent
  3. Eyes closed for beginners
  4. Concentrate in the present moment either observing breadth or sounds in that meditation room
  5. Do this for 10min. Let your mind think lot of things. Let mind remember the past and imagine future.
  6. Getting an idea that in past or feature actions taken by you using body as your channel medium
  7. Increase meditation minutes untill your mind goes blank and nthng to think about.

You will be a good meditator and u will be able to cure your disease toxins inside your body. Which gives you more life validity and tons of happinesses.
