Dear Parviz, I suggest you lose fat rather than weight. The lesser fat you have the better. Losing wieght could mean that you are losing precious muscle weight, the muscle which will increase your BMR, give you that toned look and add years to your life. Dear Parviz, I suggest you lose fat rather than weight. The lesser fat you have the better. Losing wieght could mean that you are losing precious muscle weight, the muscle which will increase your BMR, give you that toned look and add years to your life. So concentrate on building muscle and you will automatically lose inches and fat and be a whole lot healthier. You are at a good age to lose fat. Hence I suggest you concentrate on building muscle.
