Shoulder rotation as slow as you can fell the shoulder joints, shoulder blades and shoulders. Ghomokasaan: feel the whole spine.
Full yogic breath means take a deep breath and release, like that 11 times if possible.
If it is ok to do in the office, Simhagarjanaasan is the best one. If it happens all together, the whole staff will get relief from stress.
