"Very bad experience! Not at all customer friendly! No respect for customers! Super Expensive! Here is the summary of what all happened. Went to this office opposite GRT jewellers in Sampath Vinyaka temple road. I wanted tuition for my son to learn Hindi and advance in Math. Spoke to the guy in reception, started of very smoothly. He gave me the fee structure Rs 7600/- per subject ( for 1 month tutoring) for experienced teachers, which I found was very expensive. So I asked him if he could give discount or any better price. Thatâ??s when the ugliness all started. He threw me an open challenge to find a better price ( which I think is not the right way to talk to a customer). I wanted to check if he could give trial classes for my son to see if he likes the teachers they provided. Then he wouldnâ??t answer me, he was extremely rude. He said he would not answer this question if the price is not acceptable and began saying that itâ??s his criteria to give further information. I kindly reminded him that I was the customer and for me price and trial classes are both the criteria to make a decision. Then he suddenly closed the book where he was writing the information about what I needed. He was so rude with his actions and I could clearly see that he will never answer me. There was this clear ego war going on in his head. I had to tell him price was ok only to hear no trail classes!! He did all this drama to say no. I was ready to pay Rs 7600/- for 2 subjects and Rs 1500/- service. "
