Hi, Navya speaking fluently is possible only when you start talking. So start talking without any fear or hesitation. You may make mistakes. It's ok, don't bother. Your aim here is to communicate your thoughts/views to others. Listening is an essential skill to learn a language. Listen carefully to how they speak, the way the words are pronounced, etc. and practise diligently. Many illiterate people fluently speak English (especially at tourist places) just by listening. So all the best, listen carefully and practise.
