Hi Sumitra,
My suggestion would be, do not go for any SAP Certification. Opt for the job first and learn the basic HR Functions, then switch to the organization which has SAP in HR department. Thus you will work on the HR Basics and can relate the same while applying using SAP. Without job experience, SAP certification for the non-technical profile is of no use.
Also FICO is for the finance professionals and not for HR Professionals...

Routers by default are the machine. They dont know how to work until we tell them to do. The basic responsibility of router is to show the path to connect to other networks. Here comes the protocols. Protocols are nothing, just the set of rules that one need to follow. So networking protocols is the key for the communication between the networks. Without that router dont know what it needs to do.
