Dear Sumitra, i suggest you first you analyse your self, how strong are you on HR concepts. If you are comfortable then pls proceed with SAP HR/HCM/Success Factors. If you are thinking other options with in SAP think about BI/HANA track. Also you can think about AI (Artificial Intelligence) will have more potential, but for AI you need to have logical thinking / basic statistics and basic Programming skills

Hi Sumitra,
My suggestion would be, do not go for any SAP Certification. Opt for the job first and learn the basic HR Functions, then switch to the organization which has SAP in HR department. Thus you will work on the HR Basics and can relate the same while applying using SAP. Without job experience, SAP certification for the non-technical profile is of no use.
Also FICO is for the finance professionals and not for HR Professionals...

You work as HR professional for 2 years and gain domain experience and later go for SAP Successfactors course which is a global leader in HR software. If you are confident enough on HR concepts then start learning SAP successfactors.
