Overview

I have been practising and teaching yoga for over eight years now. With a master's degree in acupressure and physiotherapy and a certification in Basic Yoga course, I have always been passionate about helping others through the power of yoga. I have been running my yoga institute for the past eight years, providing individualised training to my clients. I take pride in receiving excellent feedback from my clients and have trained over five thousand individuals to date.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients who have suffered from a range of health issues, including headaches, migraines, body pain, and stress. I have provided my clients with relief and relaxation by incorporating pranayama and basic yoga techniques into my sessions. In addition to helping those with health issues, I have also worked with clients looking to lose weight. By developing personalised yoga sessions, I have helped many individuals achieve their weight loss goals healthily and sustainably.
As a yoga instructor, I am committed to making yoga accessible to many people. I offer online and offline yoga classes that are one hour long and designed to be interactive and practical. Through these classes, I aim to inspire individuals to live healthy and balanced lifestyles. To further reach out to more individuals, I created a YouTube channel called "Fitness with Bella." With my personalised approach to teaching and commitment to making yoga accessible to all, I hope to inspire many more individuals to experience the transformative power of yoga.

If you start your practice in the early morning before 6.00 am you will be surprised how pliable and flexible your body is. The longer you sleep in the morning the stiffer the body gets. The morning is generally the coolest part of the day, making it a good time to energize yourself. If you start your practice in the early morning before 6.00 am you will be surprised how pliable and flexible your body is. The longer you sleep in the morning the stiffer the body gets. Until the evening when it softens again. Doing asanas first thing in the morning, after your meditation, is a way to de-clutter your mind and ready your body for the day. You’ll also benefit from exercising on an empty stomach, with all those twists and spine-bending postures becoming that much easier.
