Vakrasan, Bhujangasan, Ushtrasan, Setubandhasan, Marjaryasan, Matsyasan, Shalbhasan etc are some of the Asanas to cure back pain. You should learn and do it from a qualified yoga teacher.

I dont think this is right statement. Most of the Instructors do their own yoga practice themselves.
