Yes.If you make a response to a query coins get deducted depending upon the type of enquiry (between 77-110 coins).
Once your connection with student gets established amd you convince the student for demo then again (150coins near about) get deducted.
After successful demo student makes the payment and again out of first payment received (minimum 1200 INR) 1200 FLAT 20% get deducted and rest of the amount gets credited to you.
For any payment deduction out of fee you get the same number of coins credited in you Urbanpro account.

Coins will be deducted for both demo and contacting the student. For example, if the coins required to reach student is 70 coins then 140 coins will be deducted (70coins for contacting+70 coins for booking demo). If demo missed by a student then 35 coins will be refunded (half of 70coins). If you are not exceeding the limit of flat fee then there will be no deduction, only 1st time ₹1200 will be charged. After crossing ₹6000 20% of fees will be charged by company but equivalent number of coins will be added to account. This is for academic tutions. For other hobby classes only 20% of fees will be charged from starting but equivalent number of coins will be added to account

Yes, your coins will deduct once you contact to the student.
If student fix their demo with you then also coins will be deducted.
Regarding flat fee - The amount of flat fee will be charged from your first payment.
remaining 20% fee will start deducting once your got the full amount set for flat fee.
