Project Management is a good option. You would have to evaluate the required and the transferable skills that you possess. Most jobs are market-driven, and though interest is an essential factor, For Sustainability, a practical approach is necessary. So I would stress on building your hard and soft skills to enhance yourselves and to be relevant to the industry.

Since you are in recruitment, you must have management skills and that make your profile better. So PM is the right choice for you. At the same time, the pattern is a bit tough to find a job. You can try for Clinical Research as well as this is the emerging market globally. There are sufficient numbers of Jobs.
Yes sir it will be the grate chance for you but before that you should think it again and after that think of the process and idea for changing the domain/yours carrier option. After that you made first easy steps to judge the course level by level not to completely leave the previous one. After that if you think that the new one is better that that of old one and new one is more profitable one for you to the that of old one. Then you should leave the old and change completely to new.
