"I'll start with saying that I have been one of those lazy people who desire to learn and practice yoga for life but hardly manage to execute the plans. And then on one fine day luckily I found this fantastic teacher 'Shyam' who's also a genuinely lovely person. More than a great yogi, I think he's an amazing teacher first as he never follows a typical yoga routine but a routine that is suitable for an individual and makes sure whatever he has planned is working accordingly or not. If not, he immediately adapts different techniques. I am his student since a few months now and I can say I have been learning and doing so many things as part of yoga and meditation. Honestly, I personally didn't believe that we would be consistent for this long, so all credits to him. Overall I highly recommend Mr. Shyam! "

"As a beginner,I didn't find any difficulty in learning the classes by Shyam. Very descriptive sessions and the trainer will correct even the minute mistakes that we do. Very nice Yoga session .We felt very energized after doing the Yogas. "

I started getting into the fitness school by working out in gyms. I was happy seeing the muscles built out of practice. But yoga is a different Ball game. While the GYM is "working out" and YOGA is "Working In". Here I didn't see any external changes happening, but the changes which I yielded were reflected in my personal life, relationships, keeping fit as well and dropping the egoistic self. I infact was able to relieve a Hyperthyroid situation & Breathing issues by Hatha yoga which made me so willing to practice yoga for the past 14 years. I was so selfish in learning yoga when I started to increase the memory power as a student, relieve breathing issues and other health challenges. But yoga made me selfless to take up the role of a Teacher and spread it to many around me through practice.
