But you can always start communicating with people who speak well in English, listen to documentaries because the language and tone used is easier on the ears. Imitate the words and phrases yourself in your daily conversation. Once used, those words and phrases will stay on with you. It is certainly not the right way to think in one's native language and then converts it to English. This will create many grammatical mistakes, and the learning process will be tampered. Only with a proper input can you produce the right result. Reading articles and listening to English conversations, news can help you to initiate the right beginning. Reading aloud, recording your voice and listening can help you correct or least find the mistakes. These are only to help you take your learning process easy, but you would need an expert to guide you to attain the best results.
