To provide basics of communicative English; grammatical as well as essential speaking skills along with MS-Office package with internet and Networking.
To mobilize, conduct road shows, outreach activity for drop out unemployed youth from within the community where the Centre is set up for the training program.
To understand the existing content of the curriculum and deliver it effectively in the classroom.
To provide essential soft skills and IT training to students based on their needs and objectives and on the basis of the soft skill and IT curriculum.
To ensure the entire technical content designed is delivered in the classroom within the three months of training for youth. Ensure quality parameters are meet.
Organize personality development sessions for the youth.
To conduct internal assessments of youth on a weekly basis as per the assessment pattern set up for the domain.
Ensuring work readiness of the students.
To ensure that all students of different trades are provided minimum hours of communicative English and ITES as per the curriculum - within the Centre of the DB tech project.
