I know how to speak a little English but not very well. I make a lot of grammatical mistakes also. I am not understanding that how I can remove this as I want to crack all interviews and be a good speaker but my grammatical mistakes are giving a lot of problems. Please help me to improve this.

Hi Akash, speaking English is a habit, so just start conversing in English, with your friends, peers, colleagues or anyone & everyone around you. Just go ahead & speak, as much as you can & I can say this from my personal experience that you will definitely see improvements in a months time. Meanwhile, read grammar books, make some commonly used sentences & rehearse them. Use them in your conversations.
