Kindly suggest simplest way to get fluency in English language

English fluency can be improved only by using English as a daily language for day to day communications. Best way to learn new vocabulary is to read articles not necessarily a news paper but any article in English, like a magazine of your choice, or reading a story book particularly if you are intrested in novels and watching english movies with subtitles. During all these activities one must pick the words and find the dictionary meaning and frame a simple sentance using them. This way one can learn minimum of ten words per day and their vocubulary list increases, also they can learn the usage of these words.

Nowadays everyone is following political debates.

Watch some English political debates. While the debate may progress in heat the viewer who is caught with the flow of the debates will pick up some phrases and new words thus improving vocabulary.

Once listening to English debates reading English newspapers will help to keep the flow of written English.

Above all have someone around to talk to. Pick up someone known to you who would like to improve their fluency too and make an agreement that hereon instead of speaking the language spoken so far the talks shall be in English at least in private.
