Firstly , i appreciate ,you are one step ahead ,because ,at that age , people hardly think about enriching their skills,if you are determined to learn skills whether English or any thing , you can surely learn it. Only thing required is your determination and consistent effort to learn . Try reading newspapers and watch English movies ,it will help you for sure.

To be honest, if somebody wants to learn english in his childhood days, this is the best age to learn anything new. It will take very less time to learn english.
