Hello Ravi. Communication can be written or verbal. There is also a non verbal communication that's done with body language (covered in personality development curriculum). However both written and verbal forms of communication have both receptive (listening and reading skills) and productive skills. (speaking and writing skills). All skills are important..however you can choose to focus to ur weaker learn skills. Most of the students had poor listening skills. Obviously reading newspaper won't help dis. A trainer can figure and develop ur weak skill. Im sure you tried communicating with friends or reading English books and din't see it working. Obviously that's why ur writing here. Greetings! Ravi good question you asked here are very simple ways to communicate and to improve good communication skills too. But we often failure to find out the ways and implement. Firstly let you know what is meant by communication, is the way to express ourself by sharing our ideas/ views/ thoughts/ openions/ interests/ career etc.... in both individually and groups. Sometimes it may be written or spoken mean while verbal or nonverbal. To communicate with others effectively and efficiently follow these below simple ways: 1. use very simple and understandable(wellknown) english words while speaking for the others better understanding. 2. try to mingle with individuals and groups by asking their self details/ likes/ hobbies/ career plans etc.... 3. communication might be often asking for information or seeking information since try to have good questions. 4. now a days many of us use social media such as Facebook/twitter/Gmail/ what's app / any audio or video chat apps hence my better suggestion try to chat and speak in English both individuals and groups. then we may see different sentences expressions . 5. Public speaking: while speaking or presenting yourself make use of both words and body language for pleasant and understanding communication why because ssometimes nonverbal communication better lyrics work out than verbal when it is about direct communication like wise here are many a tips but i postef a few that everyone could definitely implement easily and practise well . remember guys English looks difficult as we are not the native of English but it is still easy when we put on practice continuesly with out hesitation and shy. My best wishes to everyone who wish to improve their communication skills. Best regards English trainer read less
