You could say ¿Puedo entrar? or ¿Puedo pasar? In case you wish to sound a little bit more polite, you can add Perdón or Disculpe at the beginning of the question, like-  ¿Perdón, Puedo entrar? At the end you may add an appropriate addressing term. Por ejemplo- ¿Puedo entrar,Maestra?
