We all have an Image which is so integral to our being that most of the times we are not even aware of it. It leads us to a vast question "IS YOUR IMAGE WORKING IN YOUR FAVOUR OR AGAINST YOU"
Image Management is a process of first evaluating the image quotient of an individual and subsequently making it work in tandem to the roles and goals one envisages. Image Management helps one create positive Impressions on the mind of a potential associate.
Image management is not some quick fixing technique which can be compared to any makeover. It is an approach wherein the transformation takes place at all levels of awareness. It is about creating an AUTHENTIC AND APPROPRIATE image which, when combined with Intelligence, Knowledge, Ability and Effort give you the personal and professional presence that works in your favour.

- Appearance, ie. Clothing
- Grooming
- Vocal communication
- Body Language and Etiquette
As Brian Tracy , author of "The Psychology of Achievement" has clearly said that "many capable men and women are disqualified from job opportunities because they do not look the part" clearly proves that if one wants to climb up the ladder of success, one has to understand the importance of Image Management and aim at making their image a friend rather than a foe.
