Sharing a straightforward lesson of tried and tested tricks to get those judgements passed in your favour.

 

 Simple and easy to follow TRICKS (only with practice.). We all know what to do and what not to do, but the point is do we follow it. 

 

 

  1. Learn how to be sensitive to your coworkers’ feelings.
  2. Knowing is a boon but adjusting your attitude to cooperate with fellow employees is a bliss.
  3. Show interest in other people—but not to the point of gossiping.
  4. Genuinely express appreciation if someone assists you in some way.
  5. Being or presenting self as courteous as possible to everyone; whether we like it or not.
  6. Learning comes to those who are receptive but not reticent, remain open to ideas and suggestion and contribute wholeheartedly without expectations.
  7. Be accessible and keep communication channels open for all staff members.
  8. Honesty is the best virtue, and it becomes evident soon, with yourself and with others.
  9. Secrecy and trust - the private sentiments and emotions revealed to you by your colleagues, ONLY to YOURSELVES.
  10. Criticizing someone, do it directly rather than conspiring or bitching around with everyone.
  11. Misunderstandings do occur, and no misunderstanding means no understanding either. Mull them over sooner than later.
  12. Mistakes are a great teacher, and you have no choice but to learn from them as you have already paid the fees for this tuition.
  13. Constructive criticism is only for your good, and it’s an effort put in by the person criticizing you leverage it and absorb it gracefully.
  14. Respectful mediators and wise man in the groups are always handy, must follow their declarations though.
  15. Addressing your coworkers about a problem, always have a dialogue, not just a debate. The aim is to get to the solution and not differing just for the sake of it.
