"Saranya mam contacted us through urbanpro, I'm one among the college students mentioned in the above feedback. As she mentioned in the trial, of completing the syllabus within 15 sessions and also assured us of flexible timings ( though we informed her prior about our clg timings). The first few classes were really good. Also as she said she was okay with the weekend classes, the classes were not taken as scheduled for 2hrs per day. The majority of cancellations were not from our end, We did postpone the class during the cyclone time, later we asked her but she cancelled the class during exams by giving excuses. Also the last 2 classes were cancelled by her and it was not from our side, even we have enough proof to show how many times she gave excuses. "

"Saranya mam contacted us through urban pro and we were a group of 3 college students who wanted financial accounting tuition we discussed earlier itself the portions to be completed and she promised us she would complete in 14hrs first few classes were good and we were happy later on whenever we wanted a class to be scheduled she isn't available or she has some household chores to be done, it is understandable she has a small kid but she can't waste others energy and time when she is willing to take class for engineering students she has to know that we are not available always and engineering college work till evening and she is not willing to take after 7pm also, even if she has reasons and can't take class she doesn't informs us beforehand if she can schedule a class or not we have successfully wasted the course extremely disappointing. "
