    • If you anticipate a potential threat, position yourself defensively by keeping your hands up, chin down, and elbows in. This stance can help minimize the impact of a punch.
  3. Move Your Head:

    • If a punch is coming, try to move your head slightly to the side to reduce the force of the impact. This is commonly known as "rolling with the punch."
  4. Tighten Your Neck Muscles:
