Hi Manu,
For a trouble shooter HANA Admin/ Basis with a very good experience 8-10 years ( on ECC BASIS back ground with 2-3 years of HANA DB migrations and S4 HANA conversions ) will be around 120k to 150k, it all depends on the Client, location and other factors as well
