Hi Vishali
SAP SD and S4 Hana sales (part of logistics) both are same in the functional perspective, except few improvements like the introduction of
FIORI App tiles, BRF+, Customer Vendor integration, AATP, EWM, Business partner, Removal of redundant aggregate tables, Big improvement in Reports, Activate Project Methodology, most importantly super fast column-based database.

Hi Vishal,
SAP SD ECC is Sales and Distribution module on core R/3 ECC architecture, where is S/4 HANA simple logistics is a visible and delta changes compared to ECC, SD, MM and other modules have simplifications in respective areas.
SD is still a part of S/4 HANA Simple Logistics, as such you can compare between ECC SD and S/4 HANA Sales innovations and their modifications ( we cannot say the differences- we consider them to be innovations/ delta changes), which is before and after implementation of reforms.

Hi Vaishali,
SAP SD is part of Logistics module on ECC version and the same is also available on S/4 HANA which is simplified Application part on Hana Data Base owned by SAP. S/4 HANA SD has Delta changes, meaning simplifications which radically helps with user delight experience ( Fiori apps/Dash boards etc) and multi tenant support,In memory capabilities ( reaping the benefits of Hana DB and modified architecture)
All in all no Functional module changes to the core but lot of simplifications are introduced from time to time on S/4 HANA Simple Logistics (SD being part of it) 1511/1610/1709/1809 - On premise versions and also the cloud versions as well
