Its not ABAP with S/4 Hana, but it should be ABAP on Hana. Cannot say much today, as even today, only around 15% of worlds customers have actually gone to implement Hana and most others are managing on their existing database (oracle / maxdb). But yes, as of today, if you learn ABAP on Hana, it should help you as most organizations even if they dont run Hana, may ask you questions during interview on Hana to see your enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies.
