Hi All, i have completed my B.com, MBA F&M, SAP MM Consultant level training and 5 years working experience in SAP MM end user but there are no job opportunities for SAP fresher. I am not getting SAP mm end user job, Please suggest non SAP course which has fresher job opportunities? 
For getting end-user knowledge of SAP MM/WM/EWM, I would suggest you join any relevant organization for a few months...you will get hands-on experience. In turn of which, you will not have to pay for such...

What about package / salary for domain work experience? Before / after job company ask for certification for out of India opportunities? How's exam is it possible clear in 1st attempt ? please share experience who has done SAP MM certification I need guidance so I can easy to decide for sap certification do or not?
That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.
