It is possible to learn c++ and python at a same time but i suggest you to not to learn bot languages at a same time. Because both are not similar type languages.
C++ works on oops while python can be done even without oops
C++ follows different approach of code while compared to python
C++ doesnt have vast libraries while python got more libraries which makes c++ looks more difficult while learning
there are many more other reasons not to learn both languages at same time.
Some times it may be the best way to learn for quick learning but most of the times it is not the best way to learn both at a same time because it may lead to incomplete knowledge and unusual clumsy up.
