How to make a conversation interesting with others?

In order to make conversation easy with others u need lot of fluency of language by mirror practice, correct vocabulary , listening skills practice.

These students who are into communication training category have decent to good English skills but still need improvement. So they are constantly asking me for speaking training / spoken only. What topics do I cover for such students who needs only topics to talk?
