"I had a 15 session spanning across 10 weeks long interaction with Sanjiv. I found his approach quite focused on the subject. He has architect-ed the course contents appropriately. I have joined the course for public speaking, however the initial long enough time was spent on interpersonal communications and communication aspects. At the end I realized how important it was for the subject I was looking forward for. His professional approach, involvement was quite visible. The course material was chosen to suite the professional need. I could easily experience transformation in myself as I went through the course. Overall neatly designed, effectively conducted course with full value obtained for the investment of time and money. "

Behavioural Training

"I had enrolled for the multiple courses - Assertiveness, Goal Settings, Procrastination and Interpersonal skills. At the start, I was hesitant as it was my first time for behavioral training and was unsure about its effectiveness. But all my reservations melted away in the first class itself. Sanjiv is a great mentor and has vast experience in life skills coaching. He conducts every session methodically with real life examples and assignments which helps in self realization and awareness. He is very friendly and patient in listening to your problems and queries and goes out of way to help you reach solution. Confident & Responsible

"Sanjiv has very practical view towards life.He made me understand how unnecessary we complicate things which are meant to be simple and can be tackled with little bit of common & civic sense & simplicity. Assertiveness is the key to most of the locks in life that's what I learnt from him. We get so much influenced by the outside world that our feelings get undermined & finally resulting in the robotic behaviour,he made me understand to recognize your own beliefs live with them & live for them because that is what you want to be.Being confident & responsible for your act is so important,I never knew it earlier. I went to him to learn assertiveness but I believe I have learnt the best ways lead your life & to be proud for what you are.He is definitely a different human being & most importantly he can make you feel your own importance & recognize & respect yourself .
