"Ms.Rachna is very supportive in overcoming my stress by teaching unique breathing techniques. I initially joined yoga to relieve my overstressed mind. Gradually she introduced new techniques, methods of breathing in the sessions. This is helped me a lot to focus on the things, also further this mental stress led me encounter various physical health issues. In a nutshell, I would suggest and believe that yoga, meditation and breathing exercises like kapalbhati, anulom and vilom will incredibly build a new yourself stuffing with enormous positive energy and huge confidence. "

"It has been only 6 classes that I have done with guidance of rachna and I have started feeling some changes. As for the information I am having hypertension ,copd and portal hypertension on lungs so whenever I use to do any hardworking or just walking my heartbeat use to fluctuate a lot my pulse becomes high and I use to feel loss of energy. But now my life has changed now I can walk smoothly at least 3km my hypertension is under control due to pranayam that rachna has suggested.
