Hi Ashraf, This is a common problem seen now a days. The reason being we are habituated to think in our regional language and later translate it to English. To be specific it's known as MTI. Also, constructing sentences could be challenging at times despite of grammar understanding. Start reading books... ...more

This is a common problem seen now a days. The reason being we are habituated to think in our regional language and later translate it to English. To be specific it's known as MTI. Also, constructing sentences could be challenging at times despite of grammar understanding. Start reading books for this. Target atleast one book a week based on your work schedule. To start with you can read Who moved my cheese, Out of Maze by Dr. Spencer Johnson or The Little Ikigai by Hector Garcia. 

Secondly, practice impromptu speeches in front of mirror, atleast 5 times a week.
