Now I work as a Guest faculty with various colleges in Mumbai and work as Center Head for an NGO center for Disable people in Pune. Along with my Training, Placement and Operations experience I make the content as simple and easy to understand to my trainees and with various activities it becomes very fruitful and helps in retaining it for long time.
