IdentityI have over fifteen years of experience working in engineering, during which I had the opportunity to work with both multinational corporations (MNCs) and the public sector. I have successfully trained and mentored over 1000 candidates in various engineering and personality development aspects. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech), a Master's degree in Engineering (M.Tech), as well as certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching.
In 2018, I decided to venture into freelancing to share my knowledge and expertise with a broader audience. Since then, I have been offering both online and offline training programs, ranging from two weeks to seven weeks, with customised modules tailored to meet the specific needs of the participants.
My teaching approach is highly interactive and result-oriented. I believe in providing practical knowledge that can be immediately applied in real-life scenarios. To facilitate effective learning, I utilise various teaching tools, including PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), case studies, and real-world application assignments. Upon completion of the training programs, participants can receive certification from the prestigious KLF House Institute, with whom I collaborate. I take pride in the success stories of my students, who have gained valuable skills and confidence through my training. Witnessing their personal and professional growth is immensely rewarding as an instructor.
