"What a lovely day. Jyotsna Mam welcomed four of us into her home to teach us how to cook various types of breads.Frankly speaking it seemed as a difficult thing to do when I tried it off the internet.Time management, notes provided and guidance needed in small mistakes that an amateur makes was perfectly given.I will totally recommend it to a newbie as well as a good cook, who wishes to bake a variety of breads. "

"Experience working with jyotsna maam was incredible as she made me really understand the basics and grammar of the language. She did not assume I already knew and started from the beginning. She has very unique methods of memorizing particular vocabulary and explaining the concepts. She took courses individually so that there wouldn't be a problem of communication. Timings were decided as per convenience of both, the teacher and the student. Apart from the course she also told different facts about France , it's culture, etc. She made the language interesting and fun to learn. She cleared any doubts I had. She is very co-operative with her students. "

"I attended Jyotsna's Baking classes where she taught me to make and bake various types of breads,buns,dinner rolls. I like her method of teaching where she demonstrates and makes us bake the breads and buns ourselves that gives us hands on knowledge. So now I gradually bake more often at time with confidence. Also she is always available in case of any difficulty. Learning from Jyotsna was a joyous experience. "
