Soft skill generally focuses on interpersonal/communication/ people skills. You could also be participating in role plays, team management activities to understand the dynamics of working in a team. These are few of the learning components within the soft skill training program which will help you develop your people skills.

Hello Deepti, I have seen gone through your queries and yes I too genuinly agree the students probably need to be charged for DEMO sessions too. As when we connect t students our coins are deducted and the students just come for DEMO, we give our 100% to ensure that they understand the entire structure how sessions would go, how it would be helpful for them and we also give some tips, we try to reframe their minds, we assist with so many concersn or queries they have. And at the end they don't even revert saying no I would not be going ahead. Our coins get wasted and we keep waiting. We have to regurarly keep with our followups.
I have come across with several students who are too rude, as though they are doing a favour connecting with us. I have personally felt this.
I believe DEMOS should be charged, only then they too would know the value of our teachings.
Some of the students do assure of joining, we convert them to students too. Later they disappear.
Correct screening of students is must. As learning and understanding langauge is not a joke. We give ourselves with more than required and at the end there's much of disappointment.

Krishna, you need to get a tutor for you. Who would help you out and make understand better with a lot of examples and with the sessions it would run smooth to speak.
Self study is also important, but until you get a guide, you will not be able to proceed fully with self study. You need alot of dedication too. Wishing you all the best.
