Well, I am glad some one did ask this question. there are lot many types of videos that you can watch and improve your way of speaking. but to begin with, I would suggest you to watch the TV shows. as many would suggest and agree FRIENDS is best TV show you can watch. Then on as you develope the interest go for HOLLYWOOD MOVIES. here is a link below you might want to consider watching.

There are lot many, each adds its own value. i think you should begin with reading novels. what you read, subconciously you'd end up using it in your thought.
and secondly, start watching TV shows or movies. the more you listen the more fluent you would sound. in fact I would strongly suggest you do that. if i were to practice, I would spend at least 4 hours just listening.
last but not least important, SPEAK. but dont be too concious about accuracy in the language.
