How often do you get angry? Good Akshay, you have the answer. It is because of the inferiority complex that you want to defend yourself so the strategy you use is becoming angry and one of the ways of showing it is raising your voice, meaning shouting, some where along your life's journey you started to believe that you are not good and others are better off than you, so anything everything they say or do to you is to put you down and thats the reason you pounce on them the time the start open their mouth even without listening them completely, meaning you are always guarding yourself against others. This behavior might help you in some occasions but it is not healthy or appropriate and is not helping you grow and this question itself is an indication of that, you have become uncomfortable of this behavior. A good place to be and from here starts the change. What I suggest from now tell yourself that when other's talk to me I am going to listen completely, understand them if not clarify with them and than I will decide how to respond to them, whether to assert yourself, reason it out with them, shout at them or give them a hug and kiss.
